TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before the beginning of your reservation. Cancellations made at least 1 hour prior to your reservation will be issued a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 1 hour of your reservation, a 20% charge will be applied.

No use of personal equipment (bats, baseballs, hockey pucks, etc.) are allowed without Tap-Ins approval.

By making a reservation, you agree to be held responsible and subsequently charged for any damage and/or loss incurred during your scheduled time.

The reserving party is also responsible for making sure the simulator and all of the equipment is back in it's original place/form by the end of their reservation time, so that the next reservation is able to start on time. If your party goes over your reserved time, you will be charged at the regular rate for any extra time (minimum of $25). Also, If the simulator bay is deemed not to be in clean condition due to your party, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $20.

Tap-Ins reserves the right to end any reservation early and ask the party to leave without any refund, and is not responsible for any personal injury, damages, or loss incurred on our property.
